Session Preparation

Treat this exactly like your real Assessment Day.



Dress Code: Business Attire Wear exactly what you would wear to the Open Day. Grooming and first impressions count towards your score.


Camera & Room Setup

  • Camera ON is mandatory. No observers allowed.
  • Space to Stand: Ensure you have room behind you. The recruiter will ask you to stand back to analyze your full-body language.

Tech Check Please connect 10 minutes early to test your microphone. It's ideal to have wireless headphones with an integrated microphone (freedom of movement during exercises).


📩 Accessing the Room We confirm the session status 72 hours prior to the start time (once the minimum group size is met "6 seats").


  • If Confirmed: You will receive the secure Google Meet link via email no earlier than the 72-hour mark from session start.
  • Please Note: If you book last minute (within the 72-hour window), you will receive the link within 24 hours of booking.


⚠️ MANDATORY TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following binding terms:


1. THE "MINIMUM 6" RULE (Logistics) To ensure a realistic simulation, we require a minimum of 6 candidates. If we do not reach this number by 72 hours before the start time, the session will be postponed.

  • The Outcome: You will receive a Priority Credit to automatically join the next available date (credits never expire).
  • Note: Refunds are available upon request but subject to a 15% administrative fee (taxes/platform costs).

2. CANCELLATION POLICY (Strict)

  • More than 48 hours notice: You may reschedule for free.
  • Less than 48 hours / No Show: Your ticket is forfeited. No refunds or credits will be given.
  • Why? Your empty seat negatively impacts the group dynamic for the other candidates.

3. MEDIA CONSENT & RECORDING RELEASE (GDPR) Our sessions are recorded for educational and commercial purposes.

  • The Agreement: By purchasing a ticket, you grant Wishcasting the irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual right to use, reproduce, and distribute the recording of this session (including your image/video, voice, and name) for future courses, educational products, and promotional materials without compensation.
  • The Choice: If you do not wish to be recorded, please do not book this group simulation. We recommend booking a private 1-on-1 session instead.
