Not at all. In fact, it is better to join before you develop bad habits. This simulation will give you a baseline of exactly where your skills are right now, so you know exactly what to focus on during your preparation.
Yes. The Assessment Day is also an English test. By joining, you will see if your current level is sufficient to handle the pressure of a group discussion, or if it’s the main barrier holding you back. I will give you honest feedback on your communication clarity.
Absolutely. While the scenarios are modeled on the Emirates format (which are the most difficult), the competencies we test, teamwork, conflict resolution, public speaking, and body language, are the Global Gold Standard. If you can pass this simulation, you are ready for Qatar Airways, Etihad, Lufthansa, British Airways, and other premium carriers.
We do brief "spot-corrections" live, but we do not pause for long feedback speeches after every exercise (this kills the momentum). Instead, you receive a detailed video breakdown within 2-3 business days. This allows us to maximize your practice time during the live call.
No. We want to test your natural reactions. Just ensure your grooming is on point (Business Attire), your camera is working, headphones and mic, and you are ready to participate.
A laptop or tablet is highly recommended so you can see all the other candidates in the "Gallery View" grid. This is crucial for group dynamics (knowing when someone else is about to speak). If you must use a phone, please ensure it is on a stable stand, shaky handheld video will negatively affect your body language score.
No. This is an interactive simulation. To receive a ticket, you must agree to participate with your camera ON. Passive observers are not allowed as they disrupt the group dynamic.
A private link to the session recording (plus your personalized feedback video) will be emailed to you 2-3 business days after the session ends.
